The seminar "Professional Building Leakage Detection Technology and Analysis of Leakage Sources," organized by the "Hong Kong Concrete Repair and Waterproofing Association," was successfully held on the evening of Friday, December 12, 2025. The event attracted over 150 industry professionals and interested participants, with a full house and an enthusiastic atmosphere.  

As building aging issues become increasingly common, leakage problems have become a frequent challenge for property owners, property management professionals, and construction experts. This seminar aimed to help participants accurately analyze and identify the sources of leaks through professional detection technologies, thereby formulating effective repair solutions.  

The seminar was delivered by senior expert Dr. Engineer Denny Chan, who provided an in-depth yet accessible explanation of the application of various modern detection technologies, data analysis methods, and practical case studies. The content was informative and highly valuable for reference. Participants actively asked questions and engaged in interactive exchanges with the speaker, fostering a lively discussion atmosphere.  

In addition, the Association would like to extend special thanks to Technical Advisor Mr. Dennis Choi for sharing his valuable experience and practical insights during the Q&A session, adding more practical perspectives and application tips to the seminar.
